Who may use Naksha

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Bonds and Chats. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we disable the account and take steps to remove the associated personal data, subject to safety and legal preservation duties.

Prohibited conduct and content

• Child sexual abuse material or any sexualized depiction of a minor, including synthetic or AI-generated material.
• Grooming, sexual solicitation of a minor, trafficking, sextortion, or arranging contact intended to exploit or endanger a child.
• Impersonation, non-consensual sexual content, threats, harassment, hate, doxxing, scams, or attempts to evade a prior safety action.
• Uploading another person's image without permission or any image of a minor to an adult dating profile.

How to report or block

Open a profile in Bonds or the safety menu in a Chat and choose Report or Block. A report-and-block removes the connection and stops further contact. You can report an unsafe Ved response directly beneath that response. You may also email support@naksha.social. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

How we respond

Our moderation team reviews the report queue every day. Depending on the evidence and severity, we may remove content, restrict discovery or messaging, suspend or terminate an account, preserve relevant records, and report apparent child sexual abuse material or exploitation to the appropriate authorities or reporting organizations as required by law. We do not notify a blocked person that you blocked them.

Legal compliance and cooperation

We comply with applicable child-safety laws and valid legal process in the jurisdictions where we operate. We preserve and disclose information only as described in our Privacy Policy and when required for safety or legal compliance.
